a motor controller configured toreceive from the battery controller at least one selected from the group consisting of a first signal indicative of a first battery capacity and a second signal indicative of a second battery capacity, andoperate the motor at a defined speed, the defined speed beinga first speed upon receiving the first signal, anda second speed upon receiving the second signal.
