1. A method for reducing or eliminating a skin wrinkle, the method comprising the step of topical application of a composition comprising:

  • (a) a conditioned medium comprising;

    (i) a fibroblast growth factor, a platelet derived growth factor, an epidermal growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, a bone morphogenic protein, a transforming growth factor;

    an insulin like growth factor, and(ii) collagen; and

    (b) an acceptable carrier;

    wherein the skin wrinkle is reduced or eliminated by topical application of the composition, andwherein the conditioned medium does not contain a dextran and the conditioned medium is made by a process comprising the steps of;

    (a) inoculating not genetically engineered, fresh, not freeze-thaw, human fetal fibroblasts onto a substrate in a nutrient medium;

    (b) culturing the not genetically engineered fresh, not freeze-thaw human, fetal fibroblasts in a two dimensional culture so that the not genetically engineered, fresh, not freeze-thaw human fetal fibroblasts secrete the fibroblast growth factor, platelet derived growth factor, epidermal growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, bone morphogenic protein, transforming growth factor and the insulin like growth factor into the nutrient medium, until the nutrient medium becomes a conditioned medium; and

    (c) removing the conditioned medium from the cultured cells,wherein the nutrient medium contains bovine calf serum; and

    wherein the composition is stable for up to 2 years in storage at −

    20°
