1. A computer-readable, non-transitory storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute a process, the process comprising:

  • detecting an event which occurred in a monitoring target;

    specifying data of an event which corresponds with the detected event, by searching a first storage storing at least data of an event, which occurred when maintenance on the monitoring target started, or data of an event, which occurred when the maintenance on the monitoring target ended;

    first outputting data representing that the maintenance on the monitoring target started or ended when data of an event, which corresponds with the detected event, is specified;

    detecting that the detected event corresponds with a first event that occurred when the maintenance on the monitoring target started or a second event that occurred when the maintenance on the monitoring target ended;

    determining whether the monitoring target is being monitored by using a second storage storing data representing whether the monitoring target is being monitored;

    second outputting data representing that a user forgot to interrupt monitoring of the monitoring target in a case of detecting that the detected event corresponds with the first event and determining that the monitoring target is being monitored; and

    third outputting data representing that the user forgot to restart the monitoring of the monitoring target in a case of detecting that the detected event corresponds with the second event and determining that the monitoring target is not being monitored.
