1. A method for displaying content on a display of a user terminal equipment, comprising:

  • identifying a plurality of channels that include respective sets of content associated with a user application, two or more of the plurality of channels received via a one-to-many transmission over a communications network;

    selectively disregarding at least one channel of the plurality of channels associated with an application on a user terminal equipment if the at least one channel does not conform to at least one selection parameter relating to adequacy of available resources to support the selectively disregarded at least one channel, including comparing capabilities of the user terminal equipment for displaying the selectively disregarded at least one channel on a display of the user terminal equipment and selectively accepting or denying a channel based on information relating to the capabilities of the user terminal equipment for displaying the channel on the display of the user terminal equipment;

    presenting a notification of the selectively disregarded at least one channel of the plurality of channels, wherein the notification allows a user to access a different user terminal equipment having different capabilities more appropriate for displaying the selectively disregarded at least one channel on another display of the different user terminal equipment; and

    aggregating a subset of the two or more of the plurality of channels and displaying a set of aggregated or parsed content, wherein aggregating the subset of the two or more of the plurality of channels is performed in real-time.
