1. A voltage generating circuit comprising:

  • a first driving unit having a first input terminal and a first output terminal, wherein the first input terminal is configured to receive a first input signal, and wherein when the first input signal is at a first logic level, power is configured to be charged from a first voltage terminal to the first output terminal, and when the first input signal is at a second logic level, power is configured to be charged from the first output terminal to a second voltage terminal;

    a first switch configured to couple the second voltage terminal to a first capacitance-compensating terminal based on the first input signal;

    a first compensating capacitor configured to be coupled between the first capacitance-compensating terminal and a third voltage terminal; and

    a second switch configured to couple the first capacitance-compensating terminal to a fourth voltage terminal based on the first input signal.
