- a memory, anda processor connected to the memory wherein the processor executes a process comprising;
transmitting data through a first communication network upon detecting that a simultaneous connection through both of the first communication network and a second communication network has not been established;
measuring a first wireless quality that is a wireless quality of the first communication network and a second wireless quality that is a wireless quality of the second communication network upon detecting that the simultaneous connection is established;
determining a ratio between the number of first sockets used for the first communication network and the number of second sockets used for the second communication network, based on the first wireless quality or the second wireless quality; and
generating the first sockets and the second sockets at the ratio determined at the determining and transmitting data by using each of the generated sockets, wherein the first sockets and the second sockets comprise wireless Local Area Network (LAN) sockets and mobile network sockets.

Abstract
A mobile terminal measures a first wireless quality that is a wireless quality of a first communication network, and measures a second wireless quality that is a wireless quality of a second communication network. The mobile terminal then determines a ratio between the number of first sockets used for the first communication network and the number of second sockets used for the second communication network, based on the first wireless quality or the second wireless quality. The mobile terminal then generates the first sockets and the second sockets at the determined ratio and transmits data by using each of the generated sockets.
