1. A method performed by a network device, the method comprising:

  • receiving, by the network device, satellite based location information from each user equipment (UE) of a plurality of UEs, wherein the received location information includes a geographical proximity between each UE of the plurality of UEs;

    determining, by the network device, an interference potential for each UE of the plurality of UEs based on a determined distance between a first UE and a second UE of the plurality of UEs from the received location information; and

    scheduling, by the network device, half duplex communication on a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) resources for the first UE and the second UE based on the determined interference potential, wherein the first UE is scheduled to receive information and the second UE is scheduled to transmit information on a substantially same time slot related to one of the plurality of OFDM resources when the determined distance is above a threshold value.
