1. A wireless electromagnetic receiver comprising:
- a first device configured to generate mechanical oscillation based on an electromagnetic field; and
a second device configured to transform the mechanical oscillation of the first device into an electrical oscillation, wherein the electrical oscillation is generated in at least one of a plurality of conductive layers included in the second device, andwherein the second device includes an electret layer disposed between the plurality of conductive layers, and a quality factor (Q-factor) of the first device is maintained regardless of a change in frequency of the first device.
