1. A peritoneal dialysis system comprising:

  • a plurality of automated peritoneal dialysis (“

    APD”

    ) machines, each machine programmed to (i) store, simultaneously in non-volatile memory, a plurality of prescribed therapies for a same type of APD modality selected from continuous cycling peritoneal dialysis (“

    CCPD”

    ) or tidal peritoneal dialysis, the therapies targeting different amounts of ultrafiltration (“

    UF”

    ) to be removed, the different amounts of UF requiring use of a plurality of different dialysates, and (ii) perform, from the plurality of prescribed therapies, one of the prescribed therapies selected by a patient for a given treatment; and

    a remote server computer in communication with the APD machines, the APD machines programmed to inform the remote server computer of how much of each of the different dialysates is consumed over a first APD supply delivery period in which at least one of the patient-selected prescribed therapies is performed multiple times, the remote server computer configured to use the dialysate amounts consumed and the stored plurality of prescribed therapies to determine a plurality of APD supplies to be delivered for the plurality of APD machines for a second APD supply delivery period, wherein the plurality of APD supplies includes the different dialysates and at least one additional supply selected from the group consisting of;

    a disposable pumping set, a clamp, a connector, and a dialysate component container.
