1. An integrated module for use in a radio frequency (RF) front end system comprising:

  • a first RF signal input to a first switch module including frequencies in the range of 698 to 915 MHz or 1.7 to 2.1 GigaHertz (GHz), wherein the first switch module is connected to a first broadband power amplifier configured to amplify frequencies in the range of 698 to 915 MHz and a second broadband power amplifier configured to amplify frequencies in the range of 1.7 to 2.1 GHz;

    a second switch module connected to the first and second broadband power amplifiers, wherein said second switch module is a multi pole, multi throw switch containing a plurality of switches which are selectively operable to couple the first RF signal input to one of a plurality of transmission paths, each of said transmission paths configured to transmit a plurality of different frequency bands;

    a plurality of filters connected to the outputs of the second switch module and configured to filter transmission path signals;

    a third switch module coupled to the plurality of filters and capable of outputting a plurality of frequencies greater than 698 MHz; and

    a second RF signal input to a third broadband power amplifier which is parallel to the first and second broadband power amplifiers and which operates substantially in the range of 4.9 GHz to 6 GHz.
