An anisotropic light diffusion film comprising a first louver structure region and a second louver structure region sequentially from the lower side along the film thickness direction, wherein each of the first louver structure region and the second louver structure region comprise plural plate-shaped regions having different refractive indices alternately arranged in parallel along any one direction along the film plane,wherein the anisotropic light diffusion film comprises an overlapping structure region in which the upper end of the first louver structure region extends into the lower end of the second louver structure region so that the upper end of the first louver structure region and the lower end of the second louver structure region overlap each other in a cross-section of the anisotropic light diffusion film when the anisotropic light diffusion film is cut at a plane perpendicular to the plate-shaped regions in the first louver structure region and the second louver structure region.
