1. A computer-implemented method executed using one or more processors, the method comprising:

  • processing, by the one or more processors, patient data to generate one or more graphical representations of the patient data, at least one graphical representation of the one or more graphical representations comprising a waveform strip; and

    displaying the at least one graphical representation as a stacked waveform strip depicting a single physiological waveform, the stacked waveform strip comprising;

    a first strip segment, the first strip segment comprising a first portion of the single physiological waveform that is updated in real-time and is associated with a first time period;

    a second strip segment, the second strip segment comprising a second portion of the single physiological waveform that is updated in real-time and is associated with a second time period earlier than the first time period and being displayed beneath the first strip segment, such that a right edge of the second strip segment corresponds to a left edge of the first strip segment;

    a third strip segment, the third strip segment comprising a third portion of the single physiological waveform that is updated in real-time and is associated with a third time period earlier than the second time period and being displayed beneath the second strip segment, such that a right edge of the third strip segment corresponds to a left edge of the second strip segment; and

    receiving user input, the user input indicating a zoom command, and in response, providing a graphical representation comprising a zoomed stacked waveform strip, the zoomed waveform strip comprising a different number of strip segments than the stacked waveform strip such that a second zoomed strip segment of the zoomed waveform strip is associated with a second zoomed time period earlier than a first zoomed time period and is displayed beneath a first zoomed strip segment, such that a right edge of the second zoomed strip segment corresponds to a left edge of the first zoomed strip segment.
