1. A radio frequency identification (RFID) device comprising:
- a first voltage regulator configured to generate a rectification voltage based on a radio frequency (RF) signal, and output a first voltage using the rectification voltage and a reference voltage;
a second voltage regulator configured to generate a second voltage based on the first voltage and the reference voltage;
a clock generator configured to sense current flowing via a sink path, and to generate a clock using the current; and
a logic circuit configured to be driven by the second voltage and the clock,wherein the second voltage regulator includes a current sinker configured to drain the current to a ground; and
wherein the sink path is a current path of the current sinker.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) devices are provided including a contactless internal voltage generator configured to generate a rectification voltage responsive to a radio frequency (RF) input signal and an internal voltage responsive to the generated rectification voltage and a reference voltage; a clock generator configured to sense an amount of current to a sink path of the contactless internal voltage generator and to generate a clock signal using a variable resistance value, the variable resistance value based on the amount of current sensed; and an internal circuit driven by the internal voltage and the clock signal.

a first voltage generator configured to generate a rectification voltage using a radio frequency (RF) signal, and to generate, based on an enable signal, a first voltage using the rectification voltage and a reference voltage; a second voltage generator configured to generate, based on the enable signal, a second voltage using a power supply voltage and the reference voltage; a clock generator configured to sense current flowing via a sink path, and to generate a clock using the current; and a logic circuit configured to be driven either by the first voltage and the clock or by the second voltage and the clock, wherein one of the first voltage generator and the second voltage generator includes a current sinker configured to drain the current to a ground; and wherein the sink path is a current path of the current sinker. - View Dependent Claims (12, 13, 14, 15)
