1. A radio frequency identification (RFID) device comprising:

  • a first voltage regulator configured to generate a rectification voltage based on a radio frequency (RF) signal, and output a first voltage using the rectification voltage and a reference voltage;

    a second voltage regulator configured to generate a second voltage based on the first voltage and the reference voltage;

    a clock generator configured to sense current flowing via a sink path, and to generate a clock using the current; and

    a logic circuit configured to be driven by the second voltage and the clock,wherein the second voltage regulator includes a current sinker configured to drain the current to a ground; and

    wherein the sink path is a current path of the current sinker.
