1. A tissue cutting device comprising:

  • an elongate shaft having a proximal end, a distal end and a lumen defined therein, wherein the distal end includes an opening for receiving tissue, wherein the distal end includes a malleable portion, wherein the malleable portion is hand adjustable and does not require the use of a separate tool, wherein the malleable portion is configured to be manipulated into a desired configuration prior to entering a patient'"'"'s body and to maintain the desired configuration within the patient'"'"'s body to access a variety of anatomical locations;

    a cutting mechanism positioned within the distal end of the elongate shaft, wherein the cutting mechanism is configured to be actuated within the distal end of the elongate shaft and past the opening to cut tissue in the opening, and wherein manipulation of the malleable portion causes manipulation of the cutting mechanism and opening;

    a chamber coupled to the proximal end of the elongate shaft, the chamber having a cutting mechanism driver assembly positioned therein; and

    an evacuation shaft positioned in the elongate shaft and having an evacuation lumen which is in fluid communication with the opening in the elongate shaft for evacuating and removing cut tissue through the opening; and

    an irrigant lumen, wherein the irrigant lumen is configured to deliver irrigant to a distal portion of the evacuation lumen, wherein the irrigant does not flow through the irrigant lumen unless suction from a vacuum source is present to draw the irrigant through the irrigant lumen.
