1. A display apparatus having a plurality of pixels arrayed in a matrix along a row direction and a column direction comprising:
- a semiconductor layer;
a first insulation film above the semiconductor layer;
a first conductive layer on the first insulation film;
a second insulation film on the first insulation film and the first conductive layer; and
a second conductive layer on the second insulation film,each of the plurality of pixels comprising;
a display element between a high-potential power supply and a low-potential power supply;
a drive transistor between the high-potential power supply and the display element, and configured to determine a value of current to the display element;
a pixel switch configured to select whether a video signal is input to a gate electrode of the drive transistor; and
a holding capacitance between the gate electrode of the drive transistor and a source electrode of the drive transistor;
whereinthe drive transistor and the pixel switch are formed by using the semiconductor layer, andone of electrodes of the holding capacitance and one of electrodes of the display element are formed by using the second conductive layer.

1. A display apparatus having a plurality of pixels arrayed in a matrix along a row direction and a column direction comprising:

a semiconductor layer; a first insulation film above the semiconductor layer; a first conductive layer on the first insulation film; a second insulation film on the first insulation film and the first conductive layer; and a second conductive layer on the second insulation film, each of the plurality of pixels comprising; a display element between a high-potential power supply and a low-potential power supply; a drive transistor between the high-potential power supply and the display element, and configured to determine a value of current to the display element; a pixel switch configured to select whether a video signal is input to a gate electrode of the drive transistor; and a holding capacitance between the gate electrode of the drive transistor and a source electrode of the drive transistor;
