Abstract

A network communication device is disclosed. The network communication device includes a circuit board, a network connector, a network chip and a plurality of network magnetic assemblies. The network connector, the network chip and the network magnetic assemblies are disposed on the circuit board. The network magnetic assemblies are electrically connected with the network connector and the network chip, respectively. Each of the network magnetic assemblies includes an Ethernet transformer and at least one inductor. The Ethernet transformer is electrically connected in series with the inductor via a conductive trace of the circuit board. Any two adjacent Ethernet transformers are separately arranged with a gap having a second specific length.

Claims

1. A network communication device, comprising:

a circuit board;

a network connector disposed on the circuit board;

a network chip disposed on the circuit board; and

a plurality of network magnetic assemblies disposed on the circuit board and electrically connected with the network connector and the network chip, respectively, wherein each of the network magnetic assemblies includes an Ethernet transformer and at least one inductor, and the Ethernet transformer is electrically connected in series with the inductor via a conductive trace of the circuit board, wherein any two adjacent Ethernet transformers are separately arranged with a gap having a second specific length,

wherein the Ethernet transformer comprises;

a magnetic core assembly including a first magnet core and a second magnet core, wherein the first magnet core comprises a plurality of contact pin sets;

at least one primary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with a portion of the contact pin sets of the first magnet core; and

at least one secondary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the other portion of the contact pin sets of the first magnet core.

2. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the Ethernet transformer is a surface mount transformer or a chip transformer, and the inductor is a surface mount inductor or a chip inductor.

3. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the inductor comprises:

a magnetic core assembly including a first magnet core and a second magnet core, wherein the first magnet core comprises a plurality of contact pins;

a first winding coil wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with a portion of the contact pins of the first magnet core; and

a second winding coil wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the other portion of the contact pins of the first magnet core.

4. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the conductive trace includes a first conductive line and a second conductive line, and the first conductive line is in parallel with the second conductive line.

The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the network magnetic assemblies has the Ethernet transformer and the inductor disposed at a spaced distance less than a first specific length or the conductive trace with a path length less than the first specific length, and the first specific length is 1 mm.

6. The network communication device according to claim 5, wherein the path lengths of the conductive traces of the signal transmission channels are the same.

The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein each of the network magnetic assemblies includes one Ethernet transformer and one inductor, wherein the inductor is electrically connected with and between the Ethernet transformer and the network chip, or the inductor is electrically connected with and between the Ethernet transformer and the network connector.

8. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the Ethernet transformers are arranged in the same line.

9. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the second specific length is ranged from 0.5 mm to 1.35 mm.

10. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the circuit board further comprises a daughter board, and the network magnetic assemblies are disposed on the daughter board to form a network magnetic module.

11. The network communication device according to claim 1, wherein the Ethernet transformer comprises a plurality of contact pins, and the circuit board comprises a solder area, wherein the solder area comprises a plurality of solder pads, a first connection line and a second connection line, wherein the solder pads are electrically connected with the contact pins of the Ethernet transformer respectively, the first connection line is connected with a pair of the solder pads, and the second connection line is connected with another pair of the solder pads.

12. A network communication device, comprising:

a circuit board;

a network connector disposed on the circuit board;

a network chip disposed on the circuit board;

a plurality of first-type network magnetic assemblies disposed on the circuit board and electrically connected with the network connector and the network chip, respectively; and

a plurality of second-type network magnetic assemblies disposed on the circuit board and electrically connected with the network connector and the network chip, respectively, wherein the first-type network magnetic assemblies and the second-type network magnetic assemblies are alternately arranged on the circuit board;

wherein each of the first-type and the second-type network magnetic assemblies includes an Ethernet transformer and at least one inductor, and the Ethernet transformer is electrically connected in series with the inductor via a conductive trace of the circuit board, wherein any two adjacent Ethernet transformers are separately arranged with a gap having a second specific length,

wherein the Ethernet transformer comprises;

a magnetic core assembly including a first magnet core and a second magnet core, wherein the first magnet core comprises a plurality of contact pin sets;

at least one primary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with a portion of the contact pin sets of the first magnet core; and

at least one secondary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the other portion of the contact pin sets of the first magnet core.

The network communication device according to claim 12, wherein the plurality of contact pin sets comprise a first contact pin set having a first contact pin and a second contact pin, a second contact pin set having a third contact pin and a fourth contact pin, a third contact pin set having a fifth contact pin and a sixth contact pin, and a fourth contact pin set having a seventh contact pin and an eighth contact pin,

wherein the at least one primary winding set comprises a first primary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the first contact pin and the eighth contact pin of the first magnet core, and a second primary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the second contact pin and the seventh contact pin of the first magnet core,

wherein the at least one secondary winding set comprises a first secondary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the third contact pin and the sixth contact pin of the first magnet core, and a second secondary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the fourth contact pin and the fifth contact pin of the first magnet core.

The network communication device according to claim 13, wherein the circuit board comprises a plurality of solder areas, and each solder area includes a first solder pad, a second solder pad, a third solder pad, a fourth solder pad, a fifth solder pad, a sixth solder pad, a seventh solder pad, and an eighth solder pad correspondingly connected with the first contact pin, the second contact pin, the third contact pin, the fourth contact pin, the fifth contact pin, the sixth contact pin, the seventh contact pin, and the eighth contact pin, respectively.

15. The network communication device according to claim 14, wherein each solder area comprises:

a first connection line electrically connected with the seventh solder pad and the eighth solder pad so as to form a first central line; and

a second connection line electrically connected with the third solder pad and the fourth solder pad so as to form a second central line.

The network communication device according to claim 15, wherein the conductive trace of the circuit board includes a first conductive line and a second conductive line, wherein the fifth contact pin and the sixth contact pin of the Ethernet transformer are electrically connected with the first conductive line and the second conductive line of the conductive trace via the fifth solder pad and sixth solder pad of the circuit board, respectively, the first contact pin and the second contact pin of the Ethernet transformer are electrically connected with the network connector, and wherein the inductor has a first contact pin connected with a first winding coil thereof and the first conductive line of the conductive trace, a fourth contact pin connected with a second winding coil thereof and the second conductive line of the conductive trace, and a second contact pin and a third contact pin connected with the network chip, so as to form the first-type network magnetic assembly by connecting the Ethernet transformer with the inductor via the conductive trace of the circuit board.

17. The network communication device according to claim 14, wherein each solder area comprises:

a first connection line electrically connected with the first solder pad and the second solder pad so as to form a first central line; and

a second connection line electrically connected with the fifth solder pad and the sixth solder pad so as to form a second central line.

The network communication device according to claim 17, wherein the conductive trace includes a first conductive line and a second conductive line, wherein the third contact pin and the fourth contact pin of the Ethernet transformer are electrically connected with the first conductive line and the second conductive line of the conductive trace via the third solder pad and fourth solder pad of the circuit board, respectively, the seventh contact pin and the eighth contact pin of the Ethernet transformer are electrically connected with the network connector, and wherein the inductor has a first contact pin connected with a first winding coil thereof and the first conductive line of the conductive trace, a fourth contact pin connected with a second winding coil thereof and the second conductive line of the conductive trace, and a second contact pin and a third contact pin connected with the network chip, so as to form the second-type network magnetic assembly by connecting the Ethernet transformer with the inductor via the conductive trace of the circuit board.

The network communication device according to claim 14, wherein the plurality of solder areas include plural first solder areas and plural second solder areas, wherein the first solder areas are corresponding to the Ethernet transformers of the first-type network magnetic assemblies, respectively, and the second solder areas are corresponding to the Ethernet transformers of the second-type network magnetic assemblies, respectively,

wherein each of the first solder areas comprises:

a first connection line electrically connected with the seventh solder pad and the eighth solder pad of the first solder area so as to form a first central line of the Ethernet transformer of the first-type network magnetic assembly; and

a second connection line electrically connected with the third solder pad and the fourth solder pad of the first solder area so as to form a second central line of the Ethernet transformer of the first-type network magnetic assembly,

wherein each of the second solder areas comprises;

a first connection line electrically connected with the first solder pad and the second solder pad of the second solder area so as to form a first central line of the Ethernet transformer of the second-type network magnetic assembly; and

a second connection line electrically connected with the fifth solder pad and the sixth solder pad of the second solder area so as to form a second central line of the Ethernet transformer of the second-type network magnetic assembly,

wherein between two adjacent first solder area and second solder area, the first connection line of the first solder area is close to the first connection line of the second solder area or the second connection line of the first solder area is close to the second connection line of the second solder area.

20. The network communication device according to claim 12, wherein the Ethernet transformers are arranged in the same line.

21. A network communication device, comprising:

a circuit board;

a network connector;

a network chip; and

at least one signal transmission channel electrically connected with the network connector and the network chip, wherein the signal transmission channel comprises an Ethernet transformer and an inductor, the Ethernet transformer and the inductor are respectively single modules and disposed on the circuit board, and the Ethernet transformer is electrically connected in series with the inductor via a conductive trace of the circuit board, wherein any two adjacent Ethernet transformers are separately arranged with a gap having a second specific length,

wherein the Ethernet transformer comprises;

a magnetic core assembly including a first magnet core and a second magnet core, wherein the first magnet core comprises a plurality of contact pin sets;

at least one primary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with a portion of the contact pin sets of the first magnet core; and

at least one secondary winding set wound around the first magnet core and electrically connected with the other portion of the contact pin sets of the first magnet core.
