Abstract

A Light device having built-in digital data means is powered by an unlimited power source for a lamp-holder, LED bulb, or light device connected to unlimited power source by prongs or a base that or conductive wires can be inserted into a socket that would otherwise receiving a bulb or light source. The device may take the form of a webcam having auto tracking added one of plurality functions to make different products and functions and retractable prongs that plug directly into a wall outlet or insert into existing lamp base or incorporate conductive wire to make electric connection at least one of built-in camera, storage unit, wireless kits, Bluetooth kits, motion sensor, light device. The said motion sensor and digital data related device(s) may in separated housing with light source assembly so people can upgrade the non-camera device to has built-in camera and digital device for their old non-camera security light.

Claims

1. A security light having a built-in digital data device powered by power source that continuously supplies power to the digital data device, said security light including a light device which can install preferred light source at least one Bulb, PAR38, CFL or LED and at least one of motion sensor(s), wherein:

said digital data device includes at least one camera having means for capturing images, data, or sound at a desired shooting angle, distance, resolution, color, brightness, and sharpness, and at least one storing assembly for storing the images, data, or sound into a memory or storage unit for download or transmission of the images, data, or sound by communication assembly or transmitter to at least one of a communication device, computer device, phone, receiver device, and display device, or for display or replay or reply or answer of the images, data, or sound by the digital data device itself;

said light device includes a housing and means for emitting visible light beams, and while motion sensor be trigger by moving subjects said light device with power from said power source by circuitry including at least one of a controller, switch, sensor, conductors, integrated circuit, remote controller, and wireless communication system; and

said security light is one of a DC-powered light device, an AC-powered light device, an AC-powered plug-in light device, and a security light having at least one of additional functions (1) digital data storage into memory card and can display, replay, reply (2) digital data can download into communication device(s) by Bluetooth or communication system or other electric displayer or replay or reply, digital data can use wireless communication assembly or system to send out message, data, alert, words, emails, line, skype, what'"'"'s APP, sound, image to variety of market communication devices including mobile phone, computer, monitor or have multiple-ways communication though wireless network, 3G or 4G or update wireless network, WiFi, Router to communicate with the said security light while incorporate with related software so can remote control camera angle, position, orientation and talking though security light unit;

said (3) Security light has more than one functions, and said security light device is connected with the power source by one of prongs, conductive wire, a conductive wire with a plug extending from the light device, a USB adaptor, a transformer device, and a power fail backup power storage device, an inductor device for wireless charging inner power kits;

the improvement including;

said motion sensor unit is a discrete, separate unit has built-in digital data device at least one camera, memory storage device, wireless communication module, speaker, SIM card, Bluetooth module, motion sensor module, photo sensor module, memory storage slots, adjustable installation kits, conductive wire, plug-in Prongs and related electric parts &

accessories, said motion sensor unit can easily install, replace, take apart, re-assembly into all market existing non-camera security light device;

said motion sensor unit is a separate unit which can sell individual to allow people to replace the non-camera motion sensor unit.

2. A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said security light includes an insert forming a lamp holder with a socket desired, said insert being arranged to be inserted into an existing light fixture.

3. A Light security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said light device has at least one non-lighting function in addition to a lighting function.

A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light device includes a compartment for extendably, retractably, foldably, or transformably installing accessories that provide said at least one non-lighting function and can use wireless communication to make setting, multiple-sides communications, control, conversation, adjust angle, focus, brightness, signal, or other functions by wireless technical including hardware or software including APP or other update software by update wifi, 3G, 4G or future wireless system.

5. A Light security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said digital data means include sensor means having more than one sensor head and an integrated circuit and moving device for controlling an auto tracking assembly that enables the camera to track moving objects or persons.

6. A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said device includes multiple cameras for capturing images of different locations.

A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said device includes multiple cameras for capturing images of different locations and has screw base to allow the separate motion sensor has built-in camera(s) can get power from existing bulb base and has built-in power fail or power-off backup batteries or energy storage power to offer continue power to drive the motion sensor and camera and wireless communication assembly and IR night vision to take clear photos and video.

8. A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said AC power source is an electrical utility power supply system for supplying electricity to homes, residences, and businesses.

9. A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said DC power source is an electrical solar power supply system or the energy storage device including batteries or rechargeable battery, capacitors.

A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said motion sensor has built-in digital data device is a separate unit with the light source set and separate unit has at least one camera and memory storage kits, SD card, Micro SD card and circuit, conductive wire or wireless communication assembly to download, save, play or transmit the wireless data to communication device, computer, mobile phone, consumer electric products, laptop computer.

11. A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said separated motion sensor has built-in digital data device can fit with market existing security light which has non-camera related functions so can sell individually to consumer to upgrade non-camera security light.

A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said separated motion sensor has built-in digital data device fit with market existing non-camera security light can use conductive wire, wireless communication assembly to deliver or transmit the electric signal(s) to said light source set for pre-determined function(s), performance(s), light effect(s) or multiple-way communications.

13. A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein

Said motion sensor has built-in digital data device is a single unit has conductive wire, adaptor, plug, quickly wiring kits or wireless communication kits and sell individually with any other light source assembly.

A security light as claimed in claim 1, wherein said discrete housing of the motion sensor has built-in camera(s) can connect or assembly or join with the said light device'"'"'s light source(s), lamp holder, Frame, Installation plate, substrate by screws, nail, hooks, glue or market available installation kits.

A motion sensor is a separate unit having a built-in digital data device powered by power source that continuously supplies power to the motion sensor, said motion sensor unit can trigger at least one of a light device which has preferred light source at least one Bulb, PAR38, CFL or LED while motion sensor(s) detected the moving objects, wherein:

said digital data device includes at least one camera having means for capturing images, data, or sound at a desired shooting angle, distance, resolution, color, brightness, and sharpness, and at least one storing assembly for storing the images, data, or sound into a memory or storage unit for download or transmission of the images, data, or sound by communication assembly or transmitter to at least one of a communication device, computer device, phone, receiver device, and display device, or for display or replay or reply or answer of the images, data, or sound by the digital data device itself;

said light device includes a housing and means for emitting visible light beams, and while motion sensor be trigger by moving subjects said light device with power from said power source by circuitry including at least one of a controller, switch, sensor, conductors, integrated circuit, remote controller, and wireless communication system; and

said separate motion sensor has built-in Camera is at least one of a DC-powered device, and/or an AC-powered device, and/or an AC-powered plug-in device, and/or a screw-in or plug-in lamp socket device having at least one of additional functions select from;

(1) digital data storage into memory card which can display, replay, reply, (2) digital data can download into communication device(s) by wireless communication system or other electric displayer or replay or reply, (3) digital data can use wireless communication assembly or system to send out message, data, alert, words, emails, line, skype, what'"'"'s APP, sound, image to variety of market communication devices including mobile phone, computer, monitor or have multiple-ways communication though wireless network or update wireless network, WiFi, Router to communicate with the said motion sensor has built-in camera while incorporate with related software so can remote control camera angle, position, orientation and talking though motion sensor unit;

wherein (1) the separate motion sensor has built-in camera has more than one functions, and said separate motion sensor device is connected with the AC and/or DC power including power failure energy storage source by one of prongs, lamp base, lamp socket, conductive wire, a conductive wire with a plug extending from the light device, a USB adaptor, a transformer device, and an inductor device for wireless charging inner power kits;

said motion sensor has its own housing and also housing for the said Digital data device including at least one set of camera, storage kits, SD or micro-SD card, memory storage kits, SIM card, wireless communication system;

wherein said motion sensor and digital data device housing is separated housing which can sell individual sell and connect with all lighting device'"'"'s light source and light device'"'"'s housing.

16. A motion sensor is a separate unit has built-in digital data device as claim 15, the said separate motion sensor has lamp base fit into existing market all kind of lamp holder, lamp base, lamp socket.

17. A motion sensor is a separate unit has built-in digital data device as claim 15, the said separate motion sensor has IR night vision device to help to take clear photos or video under power failure or power offer of the said lamp holder.

18. A motion sensor is separated unit has built-in digital data device as claim 15, the said DC power including the power fail backup batteries or rechargeable batteries or energy storage device to offer the power while the lamp holder is power off or power failure time.
