1. A particle dispersion chamber comprising:

  • a housing having an external surface, a particle input end, and outputs opening, and an internal channel between the particle input end and the output opening, the channel generally defining a channel axis and a forward direction toward the output opening, the internal channel having a substantially continuous cross-sectional area from the particle input end of the housing to, and including the output opening; and

    a plurality of directional fluid outputs configured within the housing to direct output at an acute forward angle with respect to the channel axis and output opening, wherein the fluid outputs, when fluid flows therefrom, are operative to impart a vortical flow to aerosolized particles exiting the output opening.
