17. A method for producing a nanodiamond containing thermal composite, wherein the method comprises
(i) nanodiamond material containing liquid medium is brought into contact with at least one filler for producing a suspension; -

A composition comprising from 0.01 to 80 wt. % of nanodiamond material, and from 1 to 99.99 wt. % of at least one filler, wherein the nanodiamond material is substantially adhered on the surface of the at least one filler by bringing nanodiamond material containing liquid medium into contact with the at least one filler and removing the liquid medium.

A nanodiamond containing thermal composite comprising 0.01 to 80 wt. % of nanodiamond material, from 1 to 90 wt. % of at least one filler, and from 5 to 95 wt.-% of at least one polymer, wherein the nanodiamond material is substantially adhered on the surface of the at least one filler material by bringing nanodiamond material containing liquid medium into contact with the at least one filler and removing the liquid medium.
