1. An Internet of Thing (IoT) device for a city, comprising:

  • a street light enclosure mounted to a light pole, a traffic light, a government vehicle, a utility vehicle, or a city vehicle as a replacement for a conventional light source, comprising;

    a sensor;

    a camera to capture video;

    a microphone array;

    a processor coupled to the sensor;

    a graphics processor coupled to the processor to process video captured by the camera to identify one or more faces and to detect at least two of;

    traffic flow;

    one or more parked cars;

    one or more open parking spots;

    one or more license plate numbers; and

    make, model and color of one or more vehicles; and

    a wireless transceiver coupled to the processor;

    whereina city wireless network coupled to the wireless transceiver to link with a plurality of other street lights working collectively to provide lighting and safety for the city, each city light having another light source, another microphone, another sensor, another processor and another wireless transceiver.
