1. A knee bone cut system comprising:

  • a sensored insert configured to measure load and position of load;

    a femoral rotation guide configured to couple to a distal end of a femur wherein the femoral rotation guide is configured to couple to a knee ioint with a patella reduced over a range of motion, wherein the femoral rotation guide includes adjustable condyles configured to couple to articular surfaces of the sensored insert, wherein the femoral rotation guide includes drill guide holes configured to support cutting block installation to the femur, and wherein a position of at least one drill guide hole is configured to change as the adjustable condyles are adjusted;

    anda remote system configured to receive data from the sensored insert where the remote system is configured monitor load and position of load on the articular surfaces of the sensored insert over the range of motion.
