1. An anchoring device for securing a catheter to a patient, comprising:

  • a platform including a plurality of connectors extending outwardly from a base, each of the connectors including a post, each post including a head at a distal end; and

    a retaining strap cooperating with the platform to define a catheter-receiving passageway designed to receive a portion of the catheter, the retaining strap comprising;

    a first end including a first pull tab and a second pull tab;

    a second end including a third pull tab and a fourth pull tab;

    a stretch portion between the first end and the second end; and

    a plurality of attachment locations, each of the attachment locations including a through-hole, each through-hole designed to receive a respective one of the heads of the plurality of connectors, at least one of the first, second, third and fourth pull tabs including more than one attachment location.
