1. A device for detecting at least one property of a fluid medium, comprising:

  • at least one sensor housing configured to be introduced into the fluid medium;

    wherein;

    the sensor housing includes;

    (i) at least one channel configured for flow of the fluid medium therethrough;

    (ii) at least one housing body; and

    (iii) at least one cover;

    a bore through the cover forms an outlet opening through which the fluid medium is able to flow out of the at least one channel; and

    the housing body has at least one collar section that extends into the bore so that the collar section forms an edge of the outlet opening, wherein at the outlet opening, the at least one channel has a ramp extending obliquely to the outer side of the at least one cover, and wherein the edge is beveled at an interface with the ramp.
