1. A communication method of a transmission node, comprising:
- receiving, from a reception node, a receiver initiated transmission data request message, requesting the transmission node transmit data to the reception node during a reception available time period of the reception node, and including scheduling information indicating the reception available time period of the reception node, the reception available time period being a time period that the reception node is able to receive data;
generating information of a transmission unavailable time period of the transmission node in the reception available time period, the transmission unavailable time period being a time period that the transmission node is unable to transmit data; and
transmitting, to the reception node, the information of the transmission unavailable time period,wherein the reception node operates in a sleep state based on the information of the transmission unavailable time period, andwherein the receiver initiated transmission data request is transmitted in an institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.15.4 Receiver initiated Transmission (RIT).
