1. A system comprising:

  • one or more processors, one or more computer-readable memories, one or more computer-readable tangible storage devices, and program instructions stored on at least one of the one or more storage devices, the one or more processors configured to execute the program instructions via at least one of the one or more memories to cause the system to perform operations comprising;

    receiving a first communication from a device of a user;

    in response to determining that the first communication is indicative of an emergency regarding the user, determining a contact associated with the user based on;

    referencing a calendar associated with the user,identifying an event within the calendar, andidentifying that the contact is associated with the event;

    determining a medium to utilize for communicating with the contact based on a type of the emergency, wherein the type of emergency is determined by;

    utilizing one or more sensors to detect biometric information associated with the user, and comparing the detected biometric information to predefined biometric information associated with the user; and

    sending a second communication, via the determined medium, to the contact, wherein the second communication includes information detailing the emergency.
