1. A method for a base station (BS) to receive acknowledgement information of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets, comprising:

  • scheduling a quantity N of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) sub-frames for a user equipment (UE), the N scheduled PDSCH sub-frames including at least one SPS sub-frame and at least one dynamic scheduling sub-frame; and

    receiving from the UE a feedback signal comprising N acknowledgements/negative acknowledgements (ACKs/NAKs) in response to the scheduled N PDSCH sub-frames, wherein the ACK/NAK associated with the at least one SPS sub-frame follows after the at least one ACK/NAK associated with the at least one dynamic scheduling sub-frame in the feedback signal.
