Method and apparatus for feeding back and receiving acknowledgement information of semi-persistent scheduling data packets
First Claim
1. A method for a base station (BS) to receive acknowledgement information of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets, comprising:
- scheduling a quantity N of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) sub-frames for a user equipment (UE), the N scheduled PDSCH sub-frames including at least one SPS sub-frame and at least one dynamic scheduling sub-frame; and
receiving from the UE a feedback signal comprising N acknowledgements/negative acknowledgements (ACKs/NAKs) in response to the scheduled N PDSCH sub-frames, wherein the ACK/NAK associated with the at least one SPS sub-frame follows after the at least one ACK/NAK associated with the at least one dynamic scheduling sub-frame in the feedback signal.

Abstract
The application relates to radio communications and discloses a method and apparatus for feeding back and receiving acknowledgment (ACK) information of semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets. The method includes receiving downlink data packets and an uplink data assignment indicator (UL DAI) from a base station, wherein a value of the UL DAI indicates a number (N) of all scheduled downlink sub-frames which scheduled by the base station for the user equipment, the number N is greater than 1, and a number k (k<N) of the downlink data packets is/are semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) data packets; forming a feedback signal comprising N acknowledgements/negative acknowledgements (ACKs/NAKs) acknowledging the N downlink data packets, k ACKs/NAKs of the k SPS data packets is/are placed from (N−k+1)th to Nth positions of the N ACKs/NAKs; and sending the feedback signal to the base station starting from the ACK/NAK at the first position.
