Telematic asset microfluidic analysis
First Claim
1. A fluid analyzing system comprising:
- an electronic control module coupled with a motorized vehicle, said electronic control module configured for initiating acquisition of a microfluidic sample of a fluid of said motorized vehicle and initiating a secondary microfluidic analysis of said sample in response to an occurrence of an analysis trigger, said analysis trigger being generated in response to a result of a previously performed microfluidic analysis, wherein the previously performed microfluidic analysis provides a first indication of wear of the motorized vehicle and the secondary microfluidic analysis provides a second indication of wear of the motorized vehicle, and wherein the first and second indications are different; and
a telematics device coupled with said motorized vehicle and with said electronic control module, said telematics configured for wirelessly transmitting results of said secondary microfluidic analysis to an asset management system located remotely from said motorized vehicle and said telematics device.

Abstract
A fluid analyzing system comprises an electronic control module and a telematics device. The electronic control module is coupled with an asset. The electronic control module is configured for initiating acquisition of a sample of a fluid of the asset and initiating a microfluidic analysis of the sample in response to occurrence of an analysis trigger. The analysis trigger comprises an operating characteristic of the asset. The telematics device coupled is coupled with both the asset and the electronic control module. The telematics device is configured for wirelessly transmitting results of the microfluidic analysis to an asset management system located remotely from the asset and the telematics device.
