1. A wireless device comprising:

  • one or more processors; and

    memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to;

    receive at least one message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells grouped into a plurality of cell groups comprising a first cell group and a second cell group, wherein;

    uplink transmission timing in the first cell group is derived employing a first cell in the first cell group; and

    uplink transmission timing in the second cell group is derived employing a second cell in the second cell group;

    transmit a first signal on a cell of the first cell group; and

    responsive to a determination that a configured transmission of sounding reference signals (SRSs) overlaps in time with a configured transmission of the first signal, and responsive to a determination that a calculated total transmission power exceeds a first power value;

    drop at least one first SRS of the SRSs;

    scale a transmission power of at least one second SRS of the SRSs; and

    transmit the at least one second SRS.
