1. A display device comprising:

  • a first substrate including a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of common electrodes, and a plurality of video lines extending along a first direction;

    a second substrate opposed to the first substrate;

    a display area displaying an image, and including the plurality of pixel electrodes and the plurality of common electrodes; and

    a semiconductor chip configured to supply a common voltage and a touch driving signal to the common electrodes, and a video signal to the plurality of video lines,whereinthe plurality of common electrodes are used as a counter electrode of the plurality of pixel electrodes and as a touch driving electrode of a touch panel,the semiconductor chip includes a first long side and a second long side opposed to the first long side,the first long side extends along a second direction intersected with the first direction, and is located closer to the display area than the second long side,a plurality of first terminals of the semiconductor chip electrically connects with the plurality of common electrodes respectively,a plurality of second terminals of the semiconductor chip electrically connects with the plurality of video lines respectively, andthe plurality of first terminals is located closer to an end of the first long side than the plurality of second terminals.
