1. A method of controlling interference between base stations, by a first base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:

  • receiving FBS (fully blank subframe)-related information indicating at least one subframe of which transmission power of a downlink control region and a downlink data region is set to zero (0) from a second base station; and

transmitting resource allocation information based on the FBS-related information to a user equipment, wherein the FBS-related information is determined based on ABS (almost blank subframe) pattern information of the second base station, wherein the FBS-related information comprises an overlapped subframe indicator, andwherein the overlapped subframe indicator corresponds to information indicating whether at least one subframe designated as both an ABS and an FBS is to be determined as an ABS or an FBS.
