1. A device for measuring an electrocardiogram signal of a patient, the device comprising:

  • an adhesive patch that includes at least two electrodes configured to couple to the tissue of the patient;

    an electronics module comprising electrocardiogram circuitry and a processor mounted on a flex printed circuit board (PCB), wherein the electrocardiogram circuitry is coupled to two or more of the at least two electrodes via electrical traces formed on the flex PCB, and the processor is programmed to receive and process the electrocardiogram signal measured from the patient; and

    at least two connectors positioned in alignment with the at least two electrodes to connect the at least two electrodes to the traces formed on the flex PCB, wherein the at least two connectors are comprised of insulated wires.
