1. A method of identifying an identifier and storing a code associated with a toll-free-communication entity, the method comprising:
- performing latent semantic indexing on a plurality of SMS text messages to and from a plurality of toll-free numbers in order to locate a corresponding identifier within a header portion of an SMS text message of the plurality of SMS text messages;
comparing the located identifier with metadata stored on a server, the metadata associated with a plurality of service provider entities;
selecting a corresponding service provider entity from among the plurality of service provider entities based at least in part on the comparison; and
storing a code associated with the corresponding service provider entity within a translation table associated with a toll-free telecommunications management platform,wherein the translation table further provides a mapping of at least one of the plurality of toll free numbers to the corresponding service provider entity.

identifying a toll-free call route trend among a plurality of toll-free calls taking place within a toll-free telecommunications network; wherein the call route trend is identified at least in part by call routings among a plurality of toll-free numbers sharing an attribute; creating a call route template based at least in part on the trend; identifying an entity using at least one toll-free number of the plurality of toll-free numbers with the shared attribute; prepopulating a call route tree for the entity based on the call route template, wherein the call route tree provides routing information for calls for the at least one-toll-free number using multiple destination numbers and using multiple carriers based on various decision criteria. - View Dependent Claims (19, 20)
