1. A method for time alignment timer (TAT) management by a base station in a wireless communication system supporting a carrier aggregation technology, the method comprising:

  • transmitting information on a first TAT for a first timing advance group (TAG) including a primary cell, the first TAT being used to identify how long the terminal considers the primary cell to be uplink aligned; and

    transmitting information on a second TAT for a second TAG including a secondary cell to a terminal, the second TAT being used to identify how long the terminal considers the secondary cell to be uplink aligned,wherein the first TAT and the second TAT is applied to the terminal, andwherein the second TAT is considered as expired, if the first TAT for the first TAG expires.
