1. A first computing device for displaying a personal bulletin board, the first computing device comprising:
- a transceiver configured to receive data at the first computing device from a second computing device;
a policy manager configured to access a policy store to determine whether the data received from the second computing device is approved for display, the policy store including a whitelist, a blacklist, and a peeling policy;
a rear-facing screen configured to present an indication of the data to a user of the first computing device, the indication including notification that the data is peelable from the personal bulletin board by a prescribed number of users and a certain class of users as specified in whitelist, the blacklist, and the peeling policy;
an input module configured to receive a command from the user to display a representation of the data on a front-facing screen; and
the front-facing screen configured to display the representation of the data in response to receiving the command from the user.
