1. An injection device, comprising:
- an injection driving element capable of displacing fluid from a fluid container through a fluid container exit port, wherein the injection driving element comprises a motor;
a housing sleeve having a rear wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a bottom wall defining a chamber for receiving a mobile device, wherein the housing sleeve is configured to at least partially enclose a rear surface, two side surfaces, and a bottom surface of the mobile device when the mobile device is received within the chamber, wherein the rear wall of the housing sleeve at least partially encloses the injection driving element and fluid container;
a connection module electrically connected to the injection driving element and configured to receive electrical power and data from the mobile device, and wherein the motor is adapted to displace the fluid relative to the fluid container in accordance with, or by an amount in accordance with a signal received at the connection module from the mobile device.
