1. A device for identifying and marking a target comprising:

  • a housing cylinder featuring a processing unit which identifies the location and status of the device;

    a spring-loaded top on a top portion of the housing cylinder;

    an inner housing unit received by a bottom opening of the housing cylinder;

    wherein the inner housing unit is positioned inside the housing cylinder;

    wherein the inner housing unit comprises a bottom lid and a tube;

    the bottom lid with the tube that extends into a central area of the housing cylinder;

    chemicals in the inner housing unit;

    a propelling charge for propelling the inner housing unit downward and out of the housing cylinder;

    a dispersing charge for dispersing the chemicals;

    and a sensor on the bottom lid, wherein when the sensor is activated, the propelling charge causes the inner housing unit to propel downward and the dispersing charge disperses the chemicals.
