1. A charge control device for charging a battery with electric power output from a charger, comprising:

  • a voltage sensor that detects a voltage of the battery;

    a current sensor that detects a current of the battery;

    a charge state calculation unit configured to calculate a charge state of the battery using the voltage and the current;

    a charger control unit configured to control the charger to output a power to charge the battery; and

    a charge time calculation unit configured to calculate a remaining charge time of the battery till the charge state of the battery will reach a predetermined charge state based on the charge state calculated by the charge state calculation unit,wherein when a charge current changes from above a current threshold to below the current threshold,the charger control unit is further configured to send, based on the predetermined charge state, at each intermittent predetermined time of a plurality of intermittent predetermined times, a respective command power to the charger control unit to output a command power to charge the battery, wherein the respective command power comprises a respective output timing and a respective current value, andthe charge time calculation unit is further configured to, in response to the charger control unit sending a respective command power to the charger control unit, subtract a respective predetermined time value from the remaining charge time calculated when the charge current falls below the current threshold.
