1. A method of performing speaker equalization for a mobile device, comprising:
- determining a placement of the mobile device, wherein the mobile device includes a set of speakers and wherein the placement of the mobile device is indicative of whether at least one speaker of the set of speakers is at least partially obstructed by one or more external objects; and
performing a speaker equalization adjustment by transitioning a first speaker equalization configuration of the mobile device to a second speaker equalization configuration in accordance with the placement of the mobile device.
