1. An air handler apparatus comprising:

  • a plurality of heat exchanger device each comprising a cooling fluid region separated from a temperature transfer fluid region, each of the cooling fluid regions has a cooling fluid input and a cooling fluid output and each of the temperature transfer fluid regions has a temperature transfer fluid input and a temperature transfer fluid output, the cooling fluid regions are coupled in series;

    an evaporator device comprising an evaporator housing and a plurality of evaporator coils, the evaporator housing defining an air passage having an air input and an air output and each of the evaporator coils has an evaporator coil input coupled to the temperature transfer fluid output and an evaporator output coupled to temperature transfer fluid input of one of the temperature transfer fluid regions in one of the heat exchanger devices; and

    a fluid transfer system coupled to the temperature transfer fluid regions in the heat exchanger devices to transfer temperature transfer fluid between the temperature transfer fluid regions and the evaporator coils when activated;

    wherein one of the plurality of the heat exchanger devices that has the cooling fluid input configured to be coupled to a cooling fluid return from an evaporative fluid cooling apparatus is coupled to one of the plurality of the evaporator coils that is closest to the air output;

    wherein another one of the plurality of the heat exchanger devices that has the cooling fluid output configured to be coupled to a cooling fluid supply to the evaporative fluid cooling apparatus is coupled to another one of the plurality of the evaporator coils that is closest to the air input.
