1. A method for establishing a communication connection between users of a networked based personal contact management system, comprising:
- in response to detecting a second user registered on a system server database, wherein the second user has previously exchanged electronic communications with a first user;
notifying the first user on a graphical user interface of the second user;
automatically generating an invitation message for the second user to join a contact network of the first user; and
providing a one click function to the first user on the graphical user interface for sending the invitation message;
in response to only a single one click action being performed by the first user;
extracting contact information of first user from the system server database; and
forwarding the invitation message and contact information to the second user.

A web-based contact builder, management system and a computer-implemented method to assist a user in efficiently managing and communicating with their designated contacts.
