1. A method for transmitting, by a base station, acknowledgement/non-acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) information, the method comprising:
- multiplexing, by the base station, multiple ACK/NACKs into an ACK/NACK group by using orthogonal codes, wherein the orthogonal codes distinguishes the multiple ACK/NACKs within the ACK/NACK group from each other; and
transmitting, by the base station, the ACK/NACK group to a user equipment, through each of a fixed number of multiple resource sets in a subframe, wherein each of the fixed number of multiple resource sets occupies a predetermined number of subcarriers and one orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol, which the fixed number of multiple resource sets are separate from each other along a frequency axis in the subframe, wherein the fixed number of multiple resource sets are distributed within one or multiple OFDM symbols in the subframe, wherein the fixed number is larger than two, andwherein, when two OFDM symbols are used in the subframe for transmitting the ACK/NACK group, the fixed number of multiple resource sets alternate between the two OFDM symbols along the frequency axis in the subframe.

Abstract
A method of transmitting a control signal using efficient multiplexing is disclosed. The present invention includes the steps of multiplexing a plurality of 1-bit control signals within a prescribed time-frequency domain by code division multiple access (CDMA) and transmitting the multiplexed control signals, wherein a plurality of the 1-bit control signals include a plurality of the 1-bit control signals for a specific transmitting side. Accordingly, reliability on 1-bit control signal transmission can be enhanced.
