Method and apparatus for receiving data in wireless communication system supporting cooperative transmission
First Claim
1. A method of receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
- receiving information on multiple zero power channel state information-reference signal (ZP CSI-RS) resources;
receiving, via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a PDSCH;
determining a PDSCH resource based on the DCI by assuming that the PDSCH is not mapped to one of the multiple ZP CSI-RS resources; and
performing demodulation for the PDSCH resource based on a cell-specific reference signal (CRS),wherein when the DCI corresponds to a predetermined DCI format, a ZP CSI-RS resource, selected using a lowest index among the multiple ZP CSI-RS resources is determined to be the one ZP CSI-RS resource to which the PDSCH is not mapped.

Abstract
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. A method for receiving data by a user equipment (UE) in a cooperative multi-point (CoMP) wireless communication system includes receiving downlink control information (DCI) that does not contain information indicating a transmission base station (BS) that actually transmits data among a plurality of BSs that participate in CoMP, receiving information about zero-power channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) of each of the plural BSs, and assuming that data is not mapped to a resource element of zero-power CSI-RS with a lowest index and receiving the data through a physical downlink control channel (PDSCH).

9. A user equipment (UE) for receiving a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), the UE comprising:
-
a receiver that receives information on multiple zero power channel state information-reference signal (ZP CSI-RS) resources, and receives, via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH), downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a PDSCH; and a processor that determines a PDSCH resource based on the DCI by assuming that the PDSCH is not mapped to one of the multiple ZP CSI-RS resources, and performs demodulation for the PDSCH resource based on a cell-specific reference signal (CRS), wherein when the DCI corresponds to a predetermined DCI format, a ZP CSI-RS resource selected using a lowest index among the multiple ZP CSI-RS resources is determined to be the one ZP CSI-RS resource to which the PDSCH is not mapped. - View Dependent Claims (10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15)
