a control unit, coupled to the input-output unit, configured to;
determine a wave-detection profile including a frequency shift based on comparing the tone-detection result and the further detection result,determine a command-movement direction based on the wave-detection profile for representing the command-movement direction relative to the user device and the further user device, both separate from the server,create a link at the server based on the command-movement direction for coupling the user device with one or more of the further user device and another device, andidentify a gesture command associated with the link based on the command-movement direction for operating the user device, the further user device, or a combination thereof according to the gesture command.
