  • a catheter having a central axis and a lumen extending along the central axis between distal and proximal sections, the distal section having proximal and distal apertures extending through a wall of the catheter;

    an engagement mechanism extending through the lumen; and

    an implant supported on the catheter distal section and comprising a wire frame, wherein in an engaged configuration, the wire frame has (i) a proximal segment curving inwardly across the proximal aperture to be engaged with the engagement mechanism and terminating in a proximal terminal end tab having an increased cross-section relative to a first adjacent section of the wire frame, the proximal terminal end tab being positioned outside of the proximal aperture and (ii) a distal segment curving inwardly across the distal aperture to be engaged with the engagement mechanism and terminating in a distal terminal end tab having an increased cross-section relative to a second adjacent section of the wire frame, the distal terminal end tab being positioned outside of the distal aperture.
