1. A wireless device comprising:

  • one or more processors; and

    memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to;

    receive at least one message comprising configuration parameters of a plurality of cells being grouped into a plurality of cell groups;

    transmit a random access preamble (RAP) via a first cell of a first cell group;

    if a configured transmission of an uplink transport block (UTB) or an uplink control information (UCI) via a second cell of a second cell group overlaps in time with transmission of the RAP, adjust transmission power of at least one of the UTB or the UCI so that a total transmission power does not exceed a first power value; and

    if a configured transmission of a sounding reference signal (SRS) via a third cell of the second cell group overlaps in time with transmission of the RAP, and if a calculated total transmission power exceeds the first power value, drop the configured transmission of the SRS.
