Abstract

A social media and social network system matches and personalizes websites and communication to specific users using profile, location, GPS, mobile device, and ecommerce data. Websites may behave in a personalized manner for each individual user and deliver matched content. A user behavior model enables history and decision processes to be stored for future predictive behavior models, algorithms, advertisements, and analysis. A server may enable mathematical and behavioral modeling of one or more social network users as individuals, groups or in the aggregate to establish one or more personalized states for the social network, website, webpage, or subset webpage. Social network data may match a user with search engine results, products, brand products, vendors, users, and services desired by a user on a social network, website, or ecommerce site. Users receive more targeted information. Personalized marketing and ecommerce by a vendor is enabled and unsolicited e-mail and advertisements are minimized.

Claims

1. A server for personalization of a web page using user profile and behavioral data, the server comprising:

a processor and a memory, wherein the server stores on the memory a profile for a specific user and a network of interconnections between the specific user and a plurality of users;

wherein the profile comprises one or more data fields including an identifier associated with a behavior of the specific user;

wherein the server tracks the behavior associated with the specific user on the network;

wherein the server stores in the profile the behavior associated with the user;

wherein the server is configured to customize a subset of a web page to the specific user based on behavior stored in a profile having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the specific user on the network;

wherein the server generates a model of the specific user aggregated at least in part from a state from the network of interconnections and a behavior of the specific user on a client device, one or more server devices, and at least one third party site to enable the web page separate from the network site to customize a content on the web page according to the specific user.

2. The server of claim 1, further wherein the server stores a behavioral modeling of the user in the profile and classifies the profile into a group, and wherein the server customizes the webpage to a specific user according to a rule specified for a group.

The server of claim 2, wherein the server stores the behavior of a plurality of users in separate profiles, wherein portions of a web page content set are personalized to a profile having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the user, and wherein the web page is accessed at a common website URL address for all users.

4. The server of claim 2, wherein the behaviors or actions on the web page are stored in a profile for each specific user, wherein the behaviors or actions on a mobile device are stored in a profile for each specific user, and wherein the behavior may include one or more of pages visited, images viewed, search query, or products viewed.

5. The server of claim 4, wherein at least one portion of the web page is personalized to the user based on a predictive model using both previous data from activities on the webpage, the mobile device, and social media data including profile responses.

6. The server of claim 1, wherein the server stores predicted future behavior of the user in the profile and customizes the web page to the specific user based on predicted future behavior stored in a profile having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the user.

7. The server of claim 1, further comprising a search engine, wherein a query search engine and the results from the search engine are customized based on the profile and behavior data of the specific user on the network;

and wherein a bot is enabled to accept the query and deliver search results comprising at least in part from a plurality of web sites to the specific user.

8. The server of claim 1, wherein an email is delivered from a network server, wherein the content of the email is personalized to the user based on at least one behavioral activity on the website or mobile device and a profile having an identifier associated with a specific user.

9. The server of claim 8, wherein the email is a targeted advertisement from a vendor personalized to a profile having an identifier associated with a specific user.

10. The server of claim 9, wherein a vendor server may accept configurations or filters related to email to be received.

11. The server of claim 1, wherein a first user is matched to a second user based on behavior stored in a profile of the first user having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the user and on behavior stored in a profile of the second user having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the user.

12. The server of claim 1, wherein the behavior of a second user may be modeled based on the behavior of a first user.

13. The server of claim 1, wherein each user comprises a plurality of profiles, wherein the user selects a profile, and wherein the webpage is personalized based on the selected profile.

14. The server of claim 1, wherein the web page is associated with a vendor website, and wherein the products displayed on the web page are personalized to a user profile having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the user.

15. The server of claim 14, wherein the personalization of the displayed products is based on one or more of gender, GPS location, prior web browsing history data, or predicted purchase behavior.

16. The server of claim 14, wherein the web page on the vendor site is customized to show a related product based on an interaction with a first product.

17. The server of claim 1, wherein a webpage is personalized to invite a user to join a group.

18. The server of claim 1, wherein the profile further comprises a privacy setting.

19. The server of claim 18, wherein the server customizes the web page to the specific user based on the behavior stored in a profile having a privacy setting selected by the user.

20. The server of claim 1, wherein in customizing the web page, the server is enabled to recognize and respond to a specific user and transform the web site and its functionality in a manner that is specific for that user, so as to customize the web page to the specific user based on behavior stored in a profile having an identifier associated with a specific the behavior of the user.

21. A server for personalization of a web page, the server comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the server stores on the memory a profile for a first user and a profile for a second user;

wherein each profile comprises one or more data fields including an identifier associated with a behavior of the user;

wherein the first user invites the second user to establish a connection;

wherein the second user approves of the connection;

wherein the server associates the profile for the first user with the profile for the second user as a connection;

wherein the server tracks behavior associated with first user;

wherein the server stores in the profile for the first user the behavior associated with the first user;

wherein the behavior of the second user is tracked and stored in the profile for the second user;

wherein the server customizes a display for the first user based on at least one prior behavior of a second user stored in a profile for the second user having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the user;

wherein the server generates a model of the first user aggregated at least in part from a state from the network of interconnections and a behavior of the first user on a client device, one or more server devices, and at least one third party site to enable the web page separate from the network site to customize a content on the web page according to the first user.

22. The server of claim 21, wherein the web page for the first user is personalized with information about the second user based on two or more degrees of connectivity between a profile of the first user having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the first user and a profile of the second user having an identifier associated with a specific behavior of the second user, wherein the first user has approved of the connection through a first interface, and wherein the second user has approved of the connection through a second interface.

23. The server of claim 21, further comprising a bot executed by the server to perform the task of delivering the content of one or more web pages;

wherein the bot performs the task based on a query from a user;

wherein said query is voice based; and

wherein the bot delivers results in part from the content of a plurality of webpages.

24. The server of claim 23, wherein the second user is classified by the first user as having a first degree of connectivity, and wherein the first user'"'"'s web page is customized to include information from the second user.

25. The server of claim 23, wherein the first user is classified by a third user, wherein the third user is connected by a third degree of connectivity, as a first degree connection to the second user and wherein the second user is connected as a first degree connection to the first user.

26. The server of claim 21, wherein a product is displayed on a web page, wherein the product displayed is related to a past behavior of the first user.

27. The server of claim 21, wherein in customizing the display for the first user, the server customizes the display for the first user such that the web page for the first user is personalized using the profile of the second user when the server establishes the connection between the profile for the first user and the profile for the second user.

28. A system for personalization of a digital content on web or mobile devices, the system comprising:

a server, comprising a processor, wherein the web server is configured to send to a client device text, photos, and graphics; and

a computer implemented data set comprising of a network of links between a plurality of user profiles, and wherein the user profiles comprise profile data that includes historical data of user activity and one or more data fields including an identifier associated with the behavior of the user;

wherein the server displays a first set of content on a web page for the client device;

wherein the server dynamically personalizes a second set of content on a second web page for each user based on the historical data of user activity and the behavior of the user; and

wherein the server generates a model of the user aggregated at least in part from a state from the network of interconnections and a behavior of the user on a client device, one or more server devices, and at least one third party site to enable the web page separate from the network site to customize a content on a subset of the web page according to the user.

29. The system of claim 28, wherein the server models the behavior of individuals and groups and interaction with products and inanimate objects displayed on the web page to provide recommendations for products for a user to purchase.

30. The system of claim 29, wherein the server identifies the type of client device, wherein the client device is a mobile device, wherein the server stores the behavior of a user on the mobile device to a profile for the user using the mobile device, wherein the server stores the behavior of the user on the website to the profile for the user using a web interface, and wherein the server personalizes the content sent to the mobile device based on historical user behavior on the mobile device and on the web site.

31. The server of claim 28, wherein the server tracks behavior of a first user including the physical location of the first user.

32. The server of claim 31, wherein the web page for the first user is personalized based upon the physical location of the first user.

33. The server of claim 32, wherein the server tracks behavior of a second user including the physical location of the second user.

34. The server of claim 33, wherein the web page for the first user is personalized based upon the physical location of the second user.

35. The server of claim 28, wherein the server tracks the behavior of a public profile of the first user.

36. The server of claim 35, wherein the web page for a first user is personalized based upon the public profile of the first user.

37. The server of claim 28, wherein the server tracks the behavior of a private profile of the first user.

38. The server of claim 37, wherein the web page for a first user is personalized based upon the private profile of the first user.

39. The server of claim 28, wherein the first user establishes a connection with a group;

wherein a first user profile and a group profile are associated as a connection at the server;

wherein the server tracks the behavior of the first user and stores a first user'"'"'s behavior in the group profile.

40. The server of claim 39, wherein the web page for the first user is personalized based upon the association between the first user profile and the group profile.

41. The server of claim 28, wherein the server associates a first user profile with a plurality of device profiles for a first user.

42. The server of claim 41, wherein the server can select among the plurality of device profiles that the server uses for web personalization for the first user.

43. The system of claim 28, wherein the personalization of the second set of content is based on user information aggregated from the server and from a third party.

44. A computer implemented method for web page customization using a matching or social network, the method comprising:

maintaining, by a server comprising a processor, a set of connections in a network between user profile data comprising one or more data fields including an identifier associated with a behavior of the user and user activity on the social network; and

the server sending to a client device a plurality of responses comprised of text or graphics as part of a request from the client device, wherein each such response comprises content customized for the user based on the set of connections between users in a network, wherein the processor matches a user profile associated with a specific behavior of the user to a set of products based on historical user data, wherein the server sends to the client device a product-related graphic based on this match;

wherein the server generates a model of the user aggregated at least in part from a state from the network of interconnections and a behavior of the user on a client device, one or more server devices, and at least one third party site to enable a web page separate from the matching or social network to customize a content on a subset of the web page according to the user.

45. The method of claim 44, wherein the server functions to display content for a vendor, wherein the server receives a search query from a user, wherein the server displays content for a vendor, wherein the results of the search query are personalized and rank ordered based on relevancy to the user, wherein a first set of product related images are shown as higher relevancy than a second set of product related images based on the profile data of the user.

46. The method of claim 45, wherein the server sends to the client device related product images based on the search query for a first product.

47. The method of claim 45, wherein the server links products in groups based on the behavior of users on the web page with various products, and wherein the server personalizes web pages with product information based on these historical behaviors, and wherein the web page is a separate web page from the social network system.

48. The method of claim 44, wherein with respect to the plurality of responses sent to the client device, each such response comprises content customized for the user based on the set of connections between users in a network and based additionally on information received from a third party.
