1. A physiological monitoring garment comprising:

  • one or more elastic fabric portions;

    one or more elongate stretchable elements disposed on the elastic fabric portions, an elongate stretchable element further including an elongate stretchable textile member and a plurality of integral conductors, woven, knitted, or braided along the length thereof in a sinusoidal pattern, the sinusoidal pattern disposed within the boundary defined by the elongate stretchable element having an upper planar surface and a lower planar surface;

    a connector bridging a garment division, the garment division configured such that it divides the physiological monitoring garment along a longitudinal axis of a torso of an individual;

    one or more sensors connected to the elongate stretchable element and connector, at least one of these sensors including a respiration monitoring device;

    one or more electrode sensors printed on the physiological monitoring garment,wherein the one or more electrode sensors are configured to be directly affixed to an individual at an electrode; and

    a microprocessor unit having an input, wherein the microprocessor unit is configured to receive and store information inputted independent from the sensors.
