1. A method comprising:
- displaying, on a touchscreen display, a first portion of content, wherein the content comprises a plurality of portions including the first portion and a second portion;
detecting, using at least one processor, a touch input provided by way of the touchscreen display, the touch input comprising a touch-and-drag input within the content from a first point to a second point;
positioning, in response to the detected touch input, a viewable portion of the content away from the first portion to display the second portion; and
animating the positioning of the viewable portion to create an appearance of motion by displaying a reference marker moving from the first portion to the second portion.
