a first wiring interconnecting the first dummy electrode and the second dummy electrode; and
a first terminal that is electrically connected to the first dummy electrode,wherein an electric potential is applied to the first and second dummy electrodes by only the first terminal via the first wiring, andthe first dummy electrode is electrically connected to the first movable element.
