Abstract

If dual connectivity is configured, and a first cell group includes a primary cell and an uplink physical channel in a second cell group is a physical uplink control channel in the second cell group, power of the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is determined on the basis of whether P_SCG, which is the maximum transmit power of the second cell group, is exceeded, and P_SCG is calculated through computation using at least P_CMAX, P_MeNB, and power of the physical uplink control channel in the first cell group.

Claims

1. A terminal device comprising:

a higher layer processing unit that configures a first cell group and a second cell group and configures P_MeNB, guaranteed power in the first cell group, and P_SeNB, guaranteed power in the second cell group; and

an uplink subframe generation unit that generates an uplink physical channel, wherein

for the uplink physical channel,

in a case that dual connectivity is not configured, power of the uplink physical channel is determined on the basis of whether P_CMAX, the maximum transmit power of the terminal device, is exceeded,

in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, power of the uplink physical channel in the first cell group is determined on the basis of whether P_MCG, the maximum transmit power of the first cell group, is exceeded, power of the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is determined on the basis of whether P_SCG, the maximum transmit power of the second cell group, is exceeded, the P_MCG is calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_SeNB, and the P_SCG is calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_MeNB, and

in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, the first cell group includes a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is a physical uplink control channel in the second cell group, the P_SCG is calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink control channel in the first cell group.

The terminal device according to claim 1, wherein, in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, the first cell group includes a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is a physical uplink shared channel with uplink control information including HARQ-ACK in the second cell group, the P_SCG is calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink shared channel with uplink control information including HARQ-ACK in the first cell group.

The terminal device according to claim 1, wherein, in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, the first cell group includes a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is a physical uplink shared channel with uplink control information not including HARQ-ACK in the second cell group, the P_SCG is calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink shared channel in the first cell group.

4. A base station device communicating with a terminal device, the base station device comprising:

a higher layer processing unit that configures a first cell group and a second cell group and configures P_MeNB, guaranteed power in the first cell group, and P_SeNB, guaranteed power in the second cell group; and

an uplink subframe reception unit that receives an uplink physical channel, wherein

for the uplink physical channel,

in a case that dual connectivity is not configured, power of the uplink physical channel is determined on the basis of whether P_CMAX, the maximum transmit power of the terminal device, is exceeded,

in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, power of the uplink physical channel in the first cell group is determined on the basis of whether P_MCG, the maximum transmit power of the first cell group, is exceeded, power of the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is determined on the basis of whether P_SCG, the maximum transmit power of the second cell group, is exceeded, the P_MCG is calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_SeNB, and the P_SCG is calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_MeNB,

in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, the first cell group includes a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is a physical uplink control channel in the second cell group, the P_SCG is calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink control channel in the first cell group.

The base station device according to claim 4, wherein, in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, the first cell group includes a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is a physical uplink shared channel with uplink control information including HARQ-ACK in the second cell group, the P_SCG is calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink shared channel with uplink control information including HARQ-ACK in the first cell group.

The base station device according to claim 4, wherein, in a case that the dual connectivity is configured, the first cell group includes a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group is a physical uplink shared channel with uplink control information not including HARQ-ACK in the second cell group, the P_SCG is calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink shared channel in the first cell group.

7. A communication method in a terminal device, the communication method comprising the steps of:

configuring a first cell group and a second cell group;

configuring P_MeNB, guaranteed power in the first cell group, and P_SeNB, guaranteed power in the second cell group; and

generating an uplink physical channel,

for the uplink physical channel,

upon dual connectivity being not configured, power of the uplink physical channel being determined on the basis of whether P_CMAX, the maximum transmit power of the terminal device, is exceeded,

upon the dual connectivity being configured, power of the uplink physical channel in the first cell group being determined on the basis of whether P_MCG, the maximum transmit power of the first cell group, is exceeded, and power of the uplink physical channel in the second cell group being determined on the basis of whether P_SCG, the maximum transmit power of the second cell group, is exceeded, the P_MCG being calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_SeNB, and the P_SCG being calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_MeNB,

upon the dual connectivity being configured, the first cell group including a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group being a physical uplink control channel in the second cell group, the P_SCG being calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink control channel in the first cell group.

8. A communication method in a base station device communicating with a terminal device, the communication method comprising the steps of:

configuring a first cell group and a second cell group;

configuring P_MeNB, guaranteed power in the first cell group, and P_SeNB, guaranteed power in the second cell group; and

receiving an uplink physical channel,

for the uplink physical channel,

upon dual connectivity being not configured, power of the uplink physical channel being determined on the basis of whether P_CMAX, the maximum transmit power of the terminal device, is exceeded,

upon the dual connectivity being configured, power of the uplink physical channel in the first cell group being determined on the basis of whether P_MCG, the maximum transmit power of the first cell group, is exceeded, and power of the uplink physical channel in the second cell group being determined on the basis of whether P_SCG, the maximum transmit power of the second cell group, is exceeded, the P_MCG being calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_SeNB, and the P_SCG being calculated through computation using at least the P_CMAX and the P_MeNB,

upon the dual connectivity being configured, the first cell group including a primary cell, and the uplink physical channel in the second cell group being a physical uplink control channel in the second cell group, the P_SCG being calculated through further computation using at least power of a physical uplink control channel in the first cell group.
